Join the founding cohort of The Conduit's Impactful Careers Programme. You will gain unique access to a community brimming with world class leaders in social enterprise, climate and sustainability, policy-making, human rights, impact investing and much more. Over the course of this free programme participants will explore a vast range of social impact roles and hear firsthand from experts in each field. Through specialist talks, workshops and networking, this programme demystifies social impact careers.

Conduit Co-Founder Paul van Zyl shares his own career journey from growing up in apartheid South Africa to becoming a leader in social justice, human rights, and activism. Together, they’ll discuss how careers in this space are evolving, the challenges professionals encounter, and the opportunities to create meaningful change
